Who I am

I’m Giles Briscoe, a researcher and consultant focused on people, culture and lived experience. My work centres on understanding how environments shape behaviour and experiences - how people communicate, what influences a sense of belonging, and what sits beneath the surface of a workplace or community.

I’ve worked across education and professional settings, supporting teams who want a clearer understanding of the people they serve and the culture they’re building. My approach is straightforward and grounded: I can help translate complex social ideas into practical insights that organisations can actually use.

Outside of work, I’m a marathon runner - something I enjoy personally and allows me to be focussed on the bigger picture. And like most runners will admit, the longer runs are where the real thinking and reflection tends to happen!
