Experience and Projects
Teaching and Facilitation
I’ve delivered seminars, lectures and workshops across psychology, youth studies, social sciences and research methods to broadly diverse audiences. I specialise in helping people make sense of complex ideas in a way that feels accessible and relevant.
My teaching experience spans undergraduate and postgraduate levels, academic skills development, and sessions on identity, belonging and lived experience. These skills translate directly into facilitation, training and people-centred consultancy.
Culture and EDI work
I’ve contributed to institutional EDI initiatives including Athena Swan, Graduate School consultation panels and departmental culture projects.
This work focuses on improving representation, analysing organisational culture and supporting people to feel seen and understood within their institutions.
These experiences shape the insight I offer organisations: grounded, human and attentive to stories that sit beneath the surface.
Events and Public Engagement
I’ve delivered keynotes, chaired panels and co-organised multiple postgraduate research conferences, managing programme structure, speaker support and event delivery.
I’ve also led outreach work for schools and colleges, including sessions on culture, identity and public life.
These roles have strengthened my leadership, communication and organisational abilities - essential for collaborative consultancy and community-focused work.
